Pricing

Saint Rouen reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or other prohibited activity.

Shipping

Shipping availability, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging so we may assist you with a replacement or refund.
