Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Our fragrances are created by professional perfumers in Grasse, France and are bottled in the United States, combining French perfumery craftsmanship with meticulous production.
